Blogger Platform Over the Years (Pictures) (1999 - 2009)

Blogger Without doubt is one of the most Loved Blogging Platforms Ever! Yes You might argue on the fact that WordPress is far better. But If WordPress isn't self hosted the things you can do on WordPress is limited. Blogger Without any restrictions (if self hosted or not) is one of the most flexible platforms. Blogger was launched by Pyra Labs, which was bought by Google in 2003. Let me take you through time and show you how Blogger Developed into what It is today.

And yes ChethStudios is Powered by Blogger! I'm not on WordPress as most you guys might think! ;)

The Story of How Blogger Started,

I wonder how many blogger/blogspot users have read this. But it's pretty interesting to learn how a 'tiny company' later was acquired by Google! Read The Entire Story here.

Just check out the transition of the Blogger Homepage over the years! It started off with a pale looks suiting for a low resolution monitor. Obviously We miss the web 2.0 feel like Wordpress Dashboard. But for some reason we still like the blue layout.

If You save the images and zoom it, you can actually see what they were doing around that time behind the scenes of the Blogger team.

And the final one is the 10th Birthday design, you can see the special logo too.
